Cure Tape Green 5 cm x 5 m (TC-010) is an elastic kinesiology tape with a hypoallergenic, breathable acrylic adhesive layer. It is used by athletes, active people and physiotherapists to support muscles and joints during movement.
Apply to clean, dry skin that is free of oils and lotions. Round the corners of cut strips and rub the tape after applying to activate the adhesive. Follow the advice of your physiotherapist for taping techniques. Remove if irritation occurs.

Clean and dry the skin, round off the tape corners, then apply without over-stretching unless directed otherwise, and rub it to activate the adhesive.
It is commonly used by athletes and physiotherapy patients to support muscles and joints during activity and recovery.
It can typically be worn for a few days, including during light showering, but remove it sooner if your skin becomes irritated.
The adhesive is designed to be breathable and skin-friendly, but if you have very sensitive skin or notice irritation, remove the tape and ask one of our pharmacists for advice.
