At Avicen Pharmacy, we prioritize speed, safety, and customer satisfaction. Our delivery
system is designed to bring your healthcare essentials to your doorstep all over Oman.
We currently offer two types of delivery. Standard Delivery and Quick Shipment. System will automatically choose the delivery type based on your selected location.
Orders will be delivered all over OMAN in 3 days (few cases, it might take up to 5 days based on the external factors). Standard delivery will be selected automatically, if the customer location is beyond 20KMs from the below listed 7 Pharmacies.
Orders will be delivered in 2hrs to the following locations within a 20 km radius of our nearest branches:
• Avicen - Al Amarat
• Avicen - Al Ghubra North
• Avicen - Al Hail New
• Avicen - Makkani Mall
• Avicen - Mabela Exit 1
• Avicen - Barka
• New Avicen - Al Khuwair South
We strive to deliver your order to your doorstep with in 2hrs or 3 days, based on the type of delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on rider availability, weather
conditions, and traffic.
For quick delivery, Orders can be placed through the mobile app during the pharmacy’s
operating hours, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. If an order is placed after 12:00 AM and
before 8:00 AM, you can select the “Schedule Delivery” option to have it processed once
the pharmacy reopens.
And for Standard delivery, there is no time limit, you can place the order at any time.
For quick delivery and Standard delivery, Orders placed on the website between 12:00
AM and 8:00 AM will be processed after the pharmacy opens.
Order Confirmation – You'll receive an email and in-app notification (for mobile app)
confirming your order.
Processing – We quickly pack your items for delivery.
Notification – You'll get email updates and in-app notification for each status change.
Delivery – Your order is delivered to your location.
Restricted Items – Some products may be excluded from delivery due to regulations.
Address Accuracy – Please select the exact delivery location from the map before placing
an order to avoid delivery delays.
Delivery Time – Quick Delivery will be delivered with in 2hrs from order acceptance time
and Standard Delivery will be delivered with in 3 days from the order placed date.
