Delivery Time
We strive to deliver your order to your doorstep within 1 hour and 30 minutes from the time of order. However, delivery times may vary depending on rider availability, weather conditions, and traffic.
Order Acceptance via Mobile App
Orders can be placed through the mobile app during the pharmacy’s operating hours, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. If an order is placed after 12:00 AM and before 8:00 AM, you can select the “Schedule Delivery” option to have it processed once the pharmacy reopens.
Order Acceptance via Website
Orders placed on the website between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM will be processed after the pharmacy opens.
Order Confirmation – You'll receive an email and in-app notification (for mobile app) confirming your order.
Processing – We quickly pack your items for delivery.
Notification – You'll get email updates and in-app notification for each status change.
Delivery – Your order is delivered to your location.
Restricted Items – Some products may be excluded from delivery due to regulations.
Address Accuracy – Please select the exact delivery location from the map before placing an order to avoid delivery delays.
Delivery Time - We will deliver your order to your door step with in 2hr from your ordered time.
