All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR).
Yes. Avicen Online is run by Avicen Pharmacy, which has 43+ retail pharmacy branches across Oman and is part of Avicen (avicen.om). Orders are packed and delivered from our Omani pharmacies. The trading company is Al Wanees Business International LLC, Office 601, 4th Floor, Al Muthanna Square Building, MBD Area, Ruwi, Muscat, Oman (VAT OM1100034172).
Yes. We sell original products sourced through Avicen Pharmacy's authorised supply channels in Oman, including brands such as CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Bioderma, Eucerin, Cetaphil, Avène, ISDIN, Beesline, Mustela, Pigeon, Philips, Tynor, Accu-Chek, Himalaya, Panadol, NAN and Aptamil.
Yes. We deliver across the Sultanate of Oman. Orders near our Muscat and Barka branches get express delivery, usually within about 1.5–2 hours. Orders to other areas of Oman are usually delivered within 1–3 days.
Delivery is free on orders of OMR 10 or more. For smaller orders a delivery charge based on distance is shown at checkout.
You can order online 24/7. Orders are processed from 8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight; orders placed overnight are processed when the pharmacy opens at 8:00 AM.

No. Avicen Online sells non-prescription (OTC) medicines and health products only. For prescription medicines, please visit one of our pharmacies. Always read the leaflet and ask a pharmacist if you are unsure whether a product is right for you.

For hygiene and safety, most products cannot be returned once delivered. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or expired, report it within 1 hour of delivery and we will replace or refund it. See our refund policy.
