While most of our products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards, we will gladly replace or refund items that are incorrect, damaged, or expired.

- Damaged or defective products received upon delivery (opened box, leak etc)
- Incorrect item sent (wrong product, quantity, or variant)
- Expired products.
We do not currently handle prescription medications.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Temperature-sensitive items
- Any item marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
4. Reporting Timeframe
You must report any issue within 1 hour of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted due to product handling, storage, and safety considerations.

6. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
7. Replacements
- Approved replacements will be delivered to the original shipping address.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability and will be processed as quickly as possible.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Items must be returned in original packaging, with all components intact.
- You are responsible for the safe return of the item unless it was our error.
- Items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging may not be eligible.
