Product questions, online orders and delivery across Oman.

Or choose a pharmacy

Opening hours may change on public holidays and during Ramadan. If a pharmacy is closed, your message will be answered when it opens – for something urgent, choose a pharmacy that is open now.

What you can ask

  • Choosing the right product – skincare, baby care, vitamins and supplements, OTC medicines
  • How to use a product, dose timing and storage
  • Whether a product is in stock at a pharmacy, or can be delivered
  • Prescriptions – send a clear photo of your prescription and the pharmacist will check it

How it works

  1. Choose Avicen Online or a pharmacy near you.
  2. Tap “Chat on WhatsApp” – your message is ready, just send it.
  3. A licensed pharmacist replies in the same chat.

Please note

  • Not for emergencies. For a medical emergency call 9999 or go to the nearest hospital.
  • Our pharmacists give general product and medicine advice; they do not diagnose. Please see your doctor about a medical condition.
