Cure Tape Beige 5 cm x 5 m (TC-003) is an elastic kinesiology tape with a hypoallergenic, breathable acrylic adhesive layer. It is used by athletes, active people and physiotherapists to support muscles and joints during movement.
Apply to clean, dry skin that is free of oils and lotions. Round the corners of cut strips and rub the tape after applying to activate the adhesive. Follow the advice of your physiotherapist for taping techniques. Remove if irritation occurs.

Clean and dry the skin, round off the tape corners, then apply without over-stretching unless directed otherwise, and rub it to activate the adhesive.

It can typically be worn for a few days, including during light showering, but remove it sooner if your skin becomes irritated.
