Clean and dry the skin, round off the tape corners, then apply without over-stretching unless directed otherwise, and rub it to activate the adhesive.
It is commonly used by athletes and physiotherapy patients to support muscles and joints during activity and recovery.
It can typically be worn for a few days, including during light showering, but remove it sooner if your skin becomes irritated.
The adhesive is designed to be breathable and skin-friendly, but if you have very sensitive skin or notice irritation, remove the tape and ask one of our pharmacists for advice.
