Adol 120 mg/5 ml Syrup (60 ml) is a paracetamol-based oral suspension formulated specifically for infants and young children. Each 5 ml dose delivers 120 mg of paracetamol, providing effective, age-appropriate relief from fever and mild to moderate pain.
Administer orally using the measuring device provided. Dose according to the child’s weight and age as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours. Maintain a minimum interval of 4–6 hours between doses.
Do not use with other paracetamol-containing products. Consult a healthcare professional if fever persists beyond 3 days or symptoms worsen. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C.

It contains paracetamol and is used for the relief of fever and mild to moderate pain in infants and young children, such as teething pain or after vaccinations.
Follow the dosing table on the leaflet, which is based on your child's age and weight, or your doctor's or pharmacist's advice. Shake the bottle and use the measuring device provided.
Check the age guidance on the pack and ask our pharmacist or your doctor before giving it to a young baby.
Many medicines also contain paracetamol, so check with our pharmacist before giving any other medicine at the same time.
If fever or pain continues, your child seems very unwell, or you are worried, contact your doctor. Store the syrup as stated on the pack and out of reach of children.
