Panadrex Syrup (100 ml) is a paracetamol-based oral syrup formulated to provide effective relief from fever and mild to moderate pain. Its liquid formulation allows for flexible, weight-based dosing, making it suitable for both children and adults who prefer a syrup form over tablets.
Take as directed by a healthcare professional according to age and weight. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours. Maintain a minimum interval of 4–6 hours between doses. Shake well before use.
Do not use with other paracetamol-containing products. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist beyond 3 days. Keep out of reach of children.
