Adol Extra Caplets (24 caplets) combine two active ingredients — Paracetamol and Caffeine — to deliver enhanced relief from moderate to severe pain and fever. The addition of caffeine potentiates the analgesic effect of paracetamol, making it particularly effective for headaches, migraines, and cold-related discomfort.
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1–2 caplets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours. Take with water, with or without food.
Do not use with other paracetamol-containing products. Avoid excessive caffeine intake while using this product. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist. Keep out of reach of children.
