They're cooling gel sheets sized for babies, designed to attach to the forehead and give soothing relief from fever or heat.
It's designed for babies aged 0–2 years. Always check the age guidance on the pack and ask a pharmacist if you're unsure.
Leave it on for as long as it feels cooling, then replace with a fresh sheet if needed, following the instructions on the pack.
A cooling patch only helps with comfort, it doesn't treat the cause of a fever. If the temperature stays high or your baby seems unwell, see a doctor.
Keep unused sheets sealed in their pack in a cool place, out of reach of children, and use before the expiry date.
