Remove the patch from its backing and apply to the forehead or another suitable area of skin. Replace as needed for continued cooling relief.
For external use only. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, or near the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

They're cooling gel patches designed to stick to the forehead and give soothing relief from fever or heat.
