Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the bristles. Brush teeth in gentle circular motions for at least two minutes, covering all tooth surfaces — front, back, and chewing surfaces — as well as the gum line. Rinse thoroughly after brushing. Use twice daily, morning and night, for best results. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or when bristles show signs of wear.
