Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the bristles. Brush teeth in gentle circular motions for at least 2 minutes, covering all surfaces — front, back, and chewing surfaces. Use the angled bristles to reach along the gum line. Brush twice daily, morning and evening. Rinse thoroughly after use. Replace every 3 months or when bristles become frayed.
