Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the bristles. Brush teeth in gentle circular motions for at least 2 minutes, covering all surfaces — front, back, and chewing surfaces. Use the gum massage feature along the gum line. Use the tongue cleaner on the back of the brush to clean the tongue. Brush twice daily, morning and evening. Rinse thoroughly after use. Replace every 3 months or when bristles become frayed.
