How to Use

1. Forehead Mode: Point the sensor at the centre of the forehead from 3–5 cm. Press the button and hold until you hear a beep. Read the temperature on the display.
2. Ear Mode: Gently insert the probe into the ear canal. Press the button and hold until you hear a beep. Read the temperature on the display.
3. Ensure the forehead is clean and dry, or the ear canal is clear, for accurate readings.
4. Avoid measuring immediately after physical activity or exposure to extreme temperatures.
