Tynor Tynocrepe is an elastic crepe bandage used to give compression and support to sprained joints and strained muscles, and to hold dressings in place. It stretches to wrap comfortably around the ankle, knee, wrist, elbow and other areas.
Start below the injured area and wrap upwards, overlapping each turn by about half. Keep firm but not tight, and secure the end. Loosen if fingers or toes feel numb or turn pale.
