Tynor Medical Arch Orthosis (Pair) Large is a pair of arch support orthoses that sit inside the shoe to support the arch of the foot and add cushioning with each step. It is suited to people who spend long hours on their feet or want extra arch comfort.
People with tired or aching feet who want extra arch support. If you have a diagnosed foot condition, ask your doctor or podiatrist whether an arch orthosis suits you.
Remove the existing insole from the shoe if there is not enough room. Place the orthosis in the shoe with the arch section under the arch of your foot. Wear for short periods at first and increase gradually as it feels comfortable.
