The clear film lets you keep an eye on the skin underneath without removing the tape.
Clean and dry the skin, tear or cut the length you need and apply without stretching.
Peel back gently in the direction of hair growth.
The PE film offers some water resistance, but check the pack and avoid soaking the dressing.
