Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles. Place the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line and brush gently in small circular motions. Pay special attention to areas around brackets, wires, and under the gum line. Brush for at least two minutes, twice daily. Rinse thoroughly after use. Replace every 3 months or sooner if bristles show wear.
