Fold the cup and insert it into the vaginal canal, allowing it to open and form a seal. Wear for up to 12 hours, then remove, empty, rinse with clean water, and reinsert. Sterilise in boiling water for 3–5 minutes at the start and end of each menstrual cycle. Store in the breathable pouch provided when not in use.
