Apply a generous amount of cream to stretch-prone areas such as the abdomen, thighs, hips, and breasts. Massage gently in circular motions until fully absorbed. Use twice daily — morning and evening — for best results, ideally starting from the early stages of pregnancy and continuing postpartum. For external use only.
