Apply a pea-sized amount of RA Thermoseal Toothpaste to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush gently for 2 minutes, twice daily, paying particular attention to sensitive areas. Spit out after brushing — do not rinse, eat, or drink for 30 minutes after use for best desensitising effect. For best results, use consistently as part of your daily oral hygiene routine.
