1. Sterilize both bottles and teats before first use.
2. Add the required amount of water and formula or breast milk.
3. Attach the teat, anti-colic valve, and ring securely.
4. Shake well to mix formula if applicable.
5. Test temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding.
6. Hold the bottle at an angle to keep the teat filled with milk during feeding.
7. Discard any unused milk within 1 hour of feeding.
8. Wash all parts thoroughly after each use; dishwasher safe on the top rack.
