For skin: Apply a few drops to clean skin and massage gently in circular motions until absorbed. Use morning and/or evening as part of your skincare routine.
For scalp & hair: Massage a small amount into the scalp and leave for at least 30 minutes before washing.
For relaxation: Add a few drops to a carrier oil for body massage, or use in a diffuser for calming aromatherapy.
