Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is shown on our website. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product.

It is designed for areas of muscular discomfort such as the lower back, shoulders and neck. Do not apply it to broken, irritated or sensitive skin, or near the eyes.
Capsicum plasters create a warming sensation, which can feel stronger on sensitive skin. If you feel burning or discomfort, remove the plaster and rinse the area with cool water.
It is best not to combine it with other heat sources or apply it straight after a hot shower, as this can intensify the warmth. Let the skin cool and dry first.
Please check the age guidance on the pack and ask your doctor or one of our pharmacists before using it during pregnancy or on children.
Follow the wearing time printed on the pack. Remove it earlier if the skin becomes red or uncomfortable.
