Lansinoh TheraPearl 3-in-1 Hot & Cold Breast Therapy is a reusable gel pack designed to give warm or cool comfort to breasts while breastfeeding. Warm it before a feed or pumping session for a soothing feel, or chill it for cooling comfort between feeds. The flexible gel pack stays soft and moulds to the shape of the breast, and it can be worn inside the bra for hands-free use.
To warm, heat the pack following the heating instructions on the pack, check that it is comfortably warm and not hot, and place it inside the cover and bra. To cool, place it in the fridge or freezer as shown on the pack, then use it in the cover. Do not apply directly to the skin without the cover, and do not overheat. If you have pain, lumps or signs of infection, speak to your doctor or midwife. Please follow the instructions on the pack.
