L-Cet Oral Solution Syrup 100mL

L-Cet Oral Solution is an antihistamine syrup containing Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 0.5 mg/mL, used for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic conditions. It provides effective, fast-acting relief from sneezing, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, and skin itching caused by allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria.

Active Ingredient

Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 0.5 mg/mL

Dosage & Administration

  • Adults and children 6 years and above: 10 mL (5 mg) once daily, preferably in the evening
  • Children 2–6 years: 2.5 mL (1.25 mg) twice daily
  • Use the measuring cup provided for accurate dosing
  • May be taken with or without food

Most patients tolerate L-Cet well. Possible mild side effects may include:

  • Mild drowsiness or fatigue
  • Dry mouth
  • Throat irritation
  • Headache

Precautions

  • Consult a doctor before use if you have kidney problems
  • Avoid operating heavy machinery or driving if drowsiness occurs
  • Not recommended for children under 2 years without medical advice
