Hismile PAP+ Whitening Strips are at-home teeth whitening strips made with PAP (phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid) as the whitening agent. They are designed for adults who want to brighten their smile and reduce surface stains from food and drinks. The strips fit over the upper and lower teeth and are removed after the wear time stated on the pack. The formula also contains hydroxyapatite, a mineral found naturally in tooth enamel.
Adults who want a convenient at-home option to brighten their smile.
Brush your teeth and dry them gently. Apply the longer strip to the upper teeth and the shorter strip to the lower teeth, pressing firmly and folding any excess behind the teeth. Leave on for the time stated on the pack. Remove the strips and rinse your mouth with water.
Key ingredients include PAP (phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid) and hydroxyapatite. Full ingredient list may vary — please refer to product packaging.

Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is shown on our website. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product.

Whitening products act on natural tooth enamel, so crowns, veneers and fillings will not change colour.
If you have sensitive teeth or gum problems, check with your dentist or one of our pharmacists before using any whitening product.
Please follow the age guidance on the pack and ask your doctor or one of our pharmacists for advice during pregnancy.
Rinse your mouth after use. It is best to avoid strongly coloured food and drinks for a while after whitening.
The number of strips and treatments is printed on the pack; use one upper and one lower strip per treatment.
