It's a device used to gently clear mucus from a baby's nose to help them breathe more easily.
Follow the instruction manual for assembly and use, positioning the tip gently at the nostril to draw out mucus.
Wash all parts that contact the nose after each use and allow to dry fully, following the cleaning instructions in the manual.
