Clean and dry the area, then peel off the backing and press the plaster on, smoothing it down so the fabric flexes with your skin.
It suits most adults and children, and the flexible fabric backing makes it comfortable over joints and moving areas.
Try to keep it dry where possible; if it gets wet, dirty or starts to lift, replace it with a fresh plaster.
