1. Shake the can well.
2. Hold about 15cm from clean, dry underarms and spray.
3. Let it dry before dressing.
4. Reapply after bathing or heavy activity; for best results use daily.

Shake well, hold the can about 15cm from clean, dry underarms, spray and let it dry before dressing.
Wait until the skin has settled after shaving or hair removal, and do not apply it to broken or irritated skin.
