Pour the recommended amount of Avalon EZ12 Cinnamon Mouthwash into a cup or use directly. Rinse mouth thoroughly for 30–60 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. Use after brushing teeth for best results. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
