Atoxia 90mg contains Etoricoxib, a selective COX-2 inhibitor (NSAID) manufactured by United Pharmaceuticals. The 90mg dose is indicated for the management of pain and inflammation in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gouty arthritis, and chronic musculoskeletal pain where a higher dose than 60mg is required.
As a selective COX-2 inhibitor, Etoricoxib provides effective anti-inflammatory and analgesic action with a reduced risk of gastrointestinal side effects compared to non-selective NSAIDs. Each pack contains 10 film-coated tablets.
