Alka-Ur Effervescent Granules (10 sachets) is a urinary alkaliser used to relieve the discomfort associated with urinary tract infections (UTIs), cystitis, and conditions causing acidic urine. Each sachet dissolves in water to produce an effervescent drink that helps raise urinary pH, reducing the burning sensation and pain during urination. Alka-Ur works by neutralising the acidity of urine, making it less irritating to the urinary tract lining.
Active Ingredient: Potassium citrate / citric acid blend (urinary alkaliser)
Indications: Relief of burning and stinging during urination, cystitis and urinary tract infections (symptomatic relief), acidic urine conditions, gout-related uric acid management
Directions for Use: Dissolve 1 sachet in a full glass of water (200ml). Drink immediately after dissolving. Take 3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 48 hours.
