Clean the wound and surrounding skin, allow it to dry, then peel off the backing and centre the 6 x 8cm pad over the wound before pressing the adhesive border firmly onto the skin.
It is suitable for adults and children for covering cuts, grazes and larger minor wounds. For deep or heavily bleeding wounds, seek medical advice.
Yes, the waterproof backing is designed to keep the wound dry during showering or light water exposure, but check the edges are still secure afterwards.
Change it daily, or sooner if it becomes wet, dirty or the wound needs redressing.
The adhesive border is designed to be gentle on skin, but if you notice irritation, remove it and ask one of our pharmacists for advice.
