It detects the pregnancy hormone hCG in urine. Follow the leaflet carefully to collect the sample and read the result within the stated time.
Check the leaflet for when you can test. Many tests recommend using first morning urine, as it is usually more concentrated.
The leaflet shows how the control and test lines appear for positive, negative and invalid results. If no control line appears, the test is invalid and should be repeated with a new test.
