Wash and dry your hands, insert a new strip into the meter, prick your fingertip with a lancing device and apply the blood drop to the strip. Follow your meter manual for full steps.
The pack contains 50 strips, and each strip is used for one test.
Keep them in the original tube with the lid closed tightly, in a cool, dry place. Do not use strips after the expiry date.
Repeat the test with a new strip after washing your hands. If results still seem unusual, contact your doctor. Readings are not a diagnosis.
