Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste (preferably Sensodyne) to the bristles. Brush teeth gently in small circular motions for at least two minutes, covering all tooth surfaces including the gum line. Rinse thoroughly after brushing. Use twice daily for best results. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or when bristles show signs of wear.
