After cleansing and toning, apply 2–3 drops of COSRX The Niacinamide 15 Serum onto face and neck. Gently pat until fully absorbed. Use morning and/or evening before moisturizer. Always follow with SPF during the day. Start with once daily use and increase frequency as tolerated.
