Refund & Replacement

1. General Policy

While most of our products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards, we will gladly replace or refund items that are incorrect, damaged, or expired.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You may request a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products received upon delivery (opened box, leak etc)
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong product, quantity, or variant)
  • Expired products.

We do not currently handle prescription medications.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Personal care or hygiene items.
  • Temperature-sensitive items.
  • Any item marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

4. Reporting Timeframe

You must report any issue within 1 hour of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted due to product handling, storage, and safety considerations.

5. Return & Replacement Process

To request a return or replacement:

  • Contact Us - Reach our support team via phone, email, WhatsApp, or the Contact Us form on our website or mobile app.
  • Provide Details - Share your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the affected product(s).
  • Review & Authorization - Our team will review your request. If eligible, we’ll provide return or replacement instructions. All details will be communicated through email or phone.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

7. Replacements

  • Approved replacements will be delivered to the original shipping address.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability and will be processed as quickly as possible.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all components intact.
  • You are responsible for the safe return of the item unless it was our error.
  • Items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging may not be eligible.
