Most of our products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards. However, we will gladly replace or refund items that are incorrect, damaged, or expired.

- Expired products delivered.

You must report any issue within 1 hour of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted due to product handling, storage, and safety considerations.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
- Approved replacements will be delivered to the original shipping address.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability and will be processed as quickly as possible.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all components intact.
- You are responsible for the safe return of the item, unless the issue was due to our error.
- Items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
